Make solutions that squish, pop, and ooze as we explore the world of chemical reactions. Observe what happens when we mix different substances together: Does it change color, smell? Does it get hot? But that’s not all! Chemistry has never been so exciting!

Hacking Makey-Makey

Are you ready to get hands-on with electronics and coding? In this class we will be using the Makey-Makey invention kit to learn the fundamentals of circuit design and block coding to bring our imagination to life!

Sundays, 3:30-5PM, starting October 22nd, 2023.

Urban STEAM Lab offers private classes on a limited schedule to families in South Brooklyn and Staten Island. Topics range from matter to laws of motion to animal science and everything in between! If you are looking for a hands-on and minds-on science extracurricular that meets the specific interests of your young scientist then this option might be for you!
