Staying on top of the happenings in science shouldn't be exclusive to the scientific community. I'm happy to announce our first event for adults! Science Talks is a free event in which a scientist from our community is invited to give a talk on current research being done in their field.
On May 4, Dr. Rebecca Powell will be sharing her research on the mother-to-baby transmission of HIV via breastmilk. Beer and wine will be available for purchase and the night ends with science trivia. Grab a friend, enjoy a beer (or glass of wine), and get your learn on.
